My favourite teacher and the reason I know what I'm doing. Taught me more than anyone else, roasted my code to the ground and I genuinely asked him to make me cry with feedback. Straightforward, not scared to hurt my feelings, and by far the smartest person in the room. The PostgreSQL skill on this site exists because of him.

Luna
Childhood friend. We lost touch for a while, no dramatic reason, just life doing what it does. Back now and closer than ever. Some friendships survive the silence better than others.
Rick
My best friend and the other half of a quarter braincell. Unhinged when I'm reasonable, reasonable when I'm unhinged, we've been doing this ying and yang routine for years. We bicker like an old couple over absolutely nothing and I wouldn't have it any other way. He knows far too much about me. If he's holding a mic at my wedding and starts with 'I remember when', Rick, I swear to god, no you don't.
Simon
Simon, the autistic one. Older than me but somehow I end up being the responsible one. One of the nicest people I know, sometimes a little too nice. Her friendgroup has basically adopted me at this point and I love it. Also a programmer, mainly Lua, so she gets a pass.
Lianda
My sister. Doesn't live with me but still somehow knows everything about my love life because she demands every update and won't accept radio silence. I go with her to work sometimes playing courier which is genuinely one of my favourite things we do together. She's nosy in exactly the way a sister should be and I'd miss it the second it stopped.
Annelie
My classmate who I helped through her microcontroller exam. Sweet girl, a little autistic but what developer isn't. Genuinely one of the more wholesome people in my class and I'm glad she ended up in it.
Robin
War Thunder addict, gym buddy and the one with a front row seat to every single thing happening in my life. I'm genuinely traumatising him at this point and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't switch seats for anything. I'm still stronger than him at the gym though. It's the mental damage, builds character.
Marijn
More often gone for two weeks than available for two weeks, which makes him simultaneously one of my best friends and the hardest person to reach. Photographer, the reason I've been able to do some modelling shoots, and taught me more about photography than I expected to ever know. He together with Rick and Robin form what I call parliament, when I need actual life advice those are the three I go to.
Colin
My classmate and one of the better programmers I know. A while back we didn't match at all, the only thing we had in common was how bad we were at getting along. Still taught me a good bit along the way. We get along fine now, he still doesn't like the 4k line PRs I send him but that's a him problem.
Kimberly
Another unhinged heavily autistic one, we go quite a while back. Run into her at comic con more often than anywhere else. One of the loudest cheerleaders for my completely non-existent love life, which I both appreciate and find deeply concerning.
